The Private Planroom is a repository for bidding documents that Plan Issuing Authorities.
General Contractors, Architects, Engineers; can use to post jobs yet restrict access to a specific group of subcontractors or suppliers.
This service provides complete control of who has the code number to see the information/images online.
This service is FREE to the subcontractor/supplier regardless if they are currently using virtualbx.com as their source for construction information or not.
This takes the cost of reproducing dozens of sets of blueprints and reduces it to the equivalent of one set.
The breakdown of cost is as follows:
PROJECT-BY-PROJECT BASIS:
1-50 blueprints......................$150 / $105 if provided electronically (30% discount)
51-150 blueprints...................$250 / $175 if provided electronically
151-250 blueprints.................$400 / $280 if provided electronically
251-500 blueprints.................$500 / $350 if provided electronically
500+ blueprints.....................$1 per sheet / $0.70 if provided electronically
ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS: Gold Level: $3,750 annually and includes Virtual Planroom subscription ($2,050 annually), BX Leads statewide subscription ($1,200 annually for virtual subscribers) and a flat fee of $75 per project in the Private Planroom sector in lieu of the cost per blueprint as shown above.
Platinum Level: not available at this time!.
Non-member subcontractors and suppliers may obtain access after registering for this service (at no charge) by clicking 'Non-Member Registration'. NOTE: You must have a specific project code in order to access project information.
